Some dialup customers of Berkshire County Network aren't connecting...
Unfortunately, customers of Berkshire County Network may not be able to read this article if they didn’t get the notice that BCN has changed its dialup phone numbers as of this week. If you (or someone you know) are a BCN dialup customer and you cannot get online, chances are you probably didn’t switch over to the new dialup numbers. If this is the case, please contact BCN immediately for assistance, at 413-743-7044 or 800-496-4638. Or, if you can gain internet access at a friend’s house or the local library, you can look up the new dialup numbers on BCN’s web site at http://www.bcn.net, and click on Access Numbers to search for a new local number for your area.
