Just A Few Of My Clients' Testimonials
What I Am I am a regionally recognized expert in the field of Windows computer consulting and related services. (I don't service Apple or Macintosh computers.) I work with customers from all walks of life, from home computer users to small business owners, who reside in western Massachusetts, USA and nearby areas. By accepting challenging assignments and by taking maximum advantage of my vast capabilities and experience, I am able to make a measurable difference in the results of the customers I serve. When your computer needs therapy, don't settle for the impractical solutions that computer geeks and other people may offer. Instead, contact me for complete satisfaction. Work Experience I have hands-on computer experience since 1986, I have been helping local homes and businesses with Windows computer problems since 1996, and have become and expert at repairs, upgrades, virus and spyware removal. I have a degree in PC and Internet Applications and a degree in Web Page Design. Both were correspondence courses through McGraw-Hill On-Line Learning (formerly known as NRI Schools), completed in 2000. I started doing business under the name Dellea.biz Computer Services on March 3rd 2002. Satisfied Customers My customers receive experienced, professional-level service, on an appointment-only basis, and at a very affordable rate. Most of the new customers I've received have come by word-of-mouth recommendations from customers I have served and satisfied. Customers choose me over other consultants because I conduct my business with complete honesty and fairness in all aspects. My customers tell me that my competition tends to produce unsatisfactory results at a much higher cost to them when compared to my service, this is up to you to decide. I've been told that I am highly qualified to do what I do. Many people have told me that my services are cost effective and efficient, that I am honest and do not belittle their current level of computer knowledge or expertise. Many have commended me because of my honesty, that I easily admit my limitations. When I cannot fix a problem, I do not charge for my time, despite how long I have worked on the specific problem, this is my satisfaction guarantee. Honesty and Fairness Other computer consultants, radio and television talkshow hosts, and other self-proclaimed experts say that by charging you much higher computer repair costs, their services are supposedly better. This is not so. I personally realize that many local residents and small business owners cannot afford to spend astronomical sums of money on computer repairs, which is why I keep my rates as low as possible. My services are reliable, affordable, efficient, and most of all, honest. I'm a casual "jeans and tee shirt" kind of guy. Pressed dress clothes, shirts and ties make me very uncomfortable, so I like to dress casual, to loosen up and get to work. I can focus on your problems instead of focusing on appearances. When you go to an auto mechanic, you don't pay him extra money so he can wear a slick business suit or drive an expensive sports car. My dress-down mentality directly points out this issue. By dressing down, I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, to get into that computer on-site and get it fixed, without excuses. My rates are fair and reasonable. Other consultants and repair technicians may force you to bring your entire computer system into their shop to work on it. Some may even charge you an assessment fee, a bench fee, or other fee just for looking at the system. You shouldn't be overcharged and underserved by proclaimed experts so that they can live in the lap of luxury. Some lazy computer consultants may even recommend remote repair service through your high speed internet connection, which could open you up to a whole world of security issues and the potential of having your computer attacked by online hackers! You should never allow a so-called computer expert to open up your computer or network to such security risks. I am a Christian, so I try to conduct my business in a Christ-like manner. I do not "preach religion" to my customers, they see the quality and the honesty that I bring into my work, which are based on my Christian beliefs. I treat every customer with fairness and equality on a first-call first-serve basis, and no one customer is more important than another. Conclusion Because of my results and reputation in the field, I have an enjoyable lifestyle with the security and confidence I need to be the best computer consultant I can be. I am confident that I will be able to take care of all of your Windows computer needs and services with complete honesty and fairness, and as quickly and affordably as possible. Please consider making me your primary Windows computer consultant. |
