Save secure copies of your computer's files in case of a severe crash. I’ll copy your important data to CD, DVD or external hard drive. I can even have your computer set to automatically backup your important data. Hardware is not included, blank CD-Rs or DVD-Rs must be provided. For external hard drive backups, I will:

• Connect your existing external hard drive to your computer
• Install software and drivers
• Verify that the drivers are functional
• Set up operating system software for network system access and data
• Configure your computer to routinely back up your files
