Scheduled Appointments Only

• Business days are Monday through Friday. Appointment times are at 9:AM, 12:PM, 3:PM or 6:PM.
• All house calls are scheduled in advance, on a first-call first-serve basis, by appointment only.
• I do not schedule appointments on weekends or national holidays under any circumstances.
• I do not make emergency calls, but will do my best to expedite your appointment.
• Additional charges will apply for demanded response or service outside of standard hours.
• My arrival may be delayed due to local weather, heavy traffic periods, or other unexpected circumstances.
• You can contact me for a house call any time, any day. Calls may not be returned until the next or second business day.
• Sometimes, I may be booked 1 or 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Please be patient with me during these times.
• For legal reasons, you (the computer owner) must be present for all on-site house calls. No exceptions!
