House Calls

I charge $30.00 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum per on-site house call. Additional time is rounded to the nearest ½ hour. This includes on-site calls to homes and small businesses. Full payment is due at the end of the session, in the form of cash or a check in US funds. Invoicing is available for businesses, upon my approval. Invoices are due upon receipt. NOTE: On August 4th 2008, my rate increases to $40.00 per hour!

Computer Lab

If the computer is in very bad shape, I may need to bring it home to my computer lab for special attention, and return it at a later time. Off-site computer lab time is billed at $30.00 per hour in ½ hour intervals, with a 1 hour minimum pickup fee. Full payment is due when the equipment is returned, in the form of cash or a check in US funds. Invoicing is available for businesses, upon my approval. Invoices are due upon receipt.

Late Fees

Overdue invoices have a Late Payment fee added every month they are past due, which is 10% of the previous month's total Amount Due. Invoices that are not paid within two months may be sent to a collections agency. If three months overdue, legal action may be taken. These terms are mandatory for all customers, no exceptions.

Bad Checks

All Bad Check fees will be added to your invoice, then an additional Late Payment fee, which is 10% of the sum of the total Amount Due and Bad Check fees. Invoices that are not paid within one month may be sent to a collections agency. If two months overdue, legal action may be taken. These terms are mandatory for all customers, no exceptions.
