Problems with dialup username and password 

The first thing to check when you receive this error is that you have entered the correct Username and Password. If your computer automatically enters your username and password information try deleting what is currently listed on your computer and retyping them in. Be sure that you are typing both your username and password in proper upper and lower case, as both of them are usually case-sensitive.

Another possibility is that your account has run out of credit, check your account balance regularly to ensure that this is not the case. If your account has run out of credit you will need to pay your dialup internet bill.

If you have forgotten or lost your password, you will need to activate a new password by calling your dialup provider's support number.
