1. Limited Liability


Dellea.biz Computer Services (Arthur Dellea) maintains general liability insurance coverage through CNA Connect. However, our financial responsibility for any claims arising from our services is limited to the specific amount paid for the related service instance. This applies to all damages, regardless of category, including:


  • Special damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Compensatory damages
  • Punitive damages


This limitation covers damages arising from errors, omissions, losses, data breaches, negligence, or other service-related issues.


2. VIP Subscriptions


VIP subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. However, any fees paid for VIP subscriptions are non-refundable.


3. Severability


If any portion of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Berkshire County, Massachusetts.


5. Right to Modify Terms of Service


Dellea.biz Computer Services reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms of Service on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
